Since the start of the COVID19 crisis, Mass Liberation Arizona have been focused on getting people released from jail and prison and creating safe conditions of confinement for those still there. They work with a base of 30 currently incarcerated people to develop a public health agenda for COVID-19. They are advancing this through a multi-pronged effort involving litigation, judicial proceedings, pressuring correctional healthcare providers to declare breach of contract, online educational forums, an online petition and car protests at prison facilities to #FreeThemAll. Throughout 2020 Mass Liberation Arizona will be conducting online public health and decarceration forums.
