Since March 25th, Equality for Flatbush (E4F) and the Brooklyn Anti-gentrification Network (BAN) have distributed non-perishable food, household and COVID-19 supplies to 340 households in 18 Brooklyn neighborhoods: Bed-Stuy, Bergen Beach, Brownsville, Bushwick, Canarsie, Clinton Hill, Coney Island, Crown Heights, Downtown Brooklyn, East Flatbush, East New York, Flatbush, Fort Greene, Kensington, Marine Park, Mill Basin, Prospect Heights, and Sheepshead Bay. A total of 630 people in Crown Heights, East Flatbush, Flatbush, across Brooklyn, as well as community members in The Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, and Staten Island have received $150 emergency love offerings and other forms of material aid.
