2026 CCN Participation Survey

M4BL is creating a Community Care Network Advisory Committee. This committee is a critical part of advancing our Community Care Network strategy. Advisory Committee members would be tasked with:
  • 1) Regularly reviewing the state of M4BL's CCN sites and proposing trainings, resources, and other opportunities that might be supportive of the CCN infrastructure either at individual sites or for the CCNS collectively
  • 2) Outlining criteria for identifying new CCN sites
  • 3) Interfacing with M4BL Leads and staff to ensure progress on our CCN work
  • 4) Reporting out to the ecosystem
Expected time commitment: 8 hours per month and regular meetings to be determined by the group
